TQ-14HG Industrial Automatic Film Dryer is a new Industrial automatic film drying machine launched by the company in response to market demand, featuring high drying speed, high efficiency, and good effect, which meets market demand and enjoys the favor of users.

Ⅰ.Main technical performance parameters:

Ⅱ.Install and using

1. Open package, check if machine is good.
2. Connect water inlet with water tap, fixed it. Adjust rate of flow to be smaller than 2L/min.
3. Let drain-pipe lead to sewer.
4. Check drain valve, let it be shut off state.
5. Power on 220AV 16A,open power switch. Power pilot lamp is light, let wet films enter roll of sending-film smoothly. Press the Key of stand-by, work lamp is light. Machine is working state. You can let go film after film enter washing shaft bracket. At same time machine automatically feed water by inlet valve. If you needn’t dry films, please press the stand-by key. The machine will stop work after 30 seconds.
6. This stand-by key control sending-film sensor. It can let films go to drying after water washing.
7. If dry film isn’t dry, please adjust knobs of sending-film speed and drying temperature, till to dry films.

Speed adjust:Ⅰstep: slow

• step: middle
• step: fast

Drying temperature adjust: Ⅰstep: 45℃

Ⅱ step: 60℃

Ⅲstep: 80℃

8. If you needn’t dry films, please press the stand-by key. The machine will be stand-by state after 30 second.

Note:Must wait 30 seconds after work lamp put off(wait wind fan stop),then let power switch off.Otherwise burning-out machine.
